'Radical Eco-System Engagement for Full-Spectrum Flourishing' 

The aim of this event was to create a space where L4F conference 2025 delegates could reflect creatively to support meaningful and ethical actions in service to individual and collective growth, development & flourishing for all.

This was a powerful coll;aborative FlourishCafe event where we partnered with Sean Lafleur (FlowerChange) at the conference, working together to bring together academic leads, educators, thought-leaders, coaches and other practitioners to consider the following key questions:

What have we learnt about leadership for flourishing?

Where do we need to deepen our understanding? … and

What can we do individually and what could we do together?
